Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is confirmed, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping phase. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as the original receipt or order confirmation email. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

Upon approval of your return, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically takes 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

If you received a gift and would like to return it, we will issue a refund in the form of store credit to the original purchaser. The refund amount will be based on the original purchase price of the item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check with your bank or credit card company, as some institutions may require additional processing time. If you've confirmed with your financial institution that the refund has not been processed, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues.

For payments made via PayPal, please check your PayPal account balance before contacting us, as refunds often appear there immediately. If you still cannot locate your refund after following these steps, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
